Things I don’t entirely dislike Thursday

Partying unenthusiastically in “the clubbbb”, haha
Partying at “the cluuub” in Vegas with 2 of my lovely friends from Perth!
Subsequent french fries at 6am that quell nausea filled tummies.
Seeing my mama & dada in ~ 1 week. I haven’t seen them for 3 months because we’ve all been travelling!
So many plans for my return.. sleeping for weeks in my snuggly bed, taking up dancing, taking better care of myself & eating well, hopefully getting the job I want (fingers crosssssed), going out and taking advantage of the opportunities & events that there are at home.
GOING TO DISNEYLAND IN A FEW DAYS <3
Seeing a Cirque Du Soleil show tonight

Websites that make my life a better place!

Sewing Tattoos. SO lovely!
So the Daily 15 Today is this:
Post a link to a site that makes your life better (that hasn’t been posted yet). Tell us why it’s so great.
I think it’s a really good idea to share websites that you love, because more often than not someone you know is going to love them too! Sharing the love is what it’s all about!
Here are a few sites I go to often that make my life a little better:
* http://www.modcloth.com – I really like this site. The shipping to Australia is pretty outrageous, I think it’s about $40 minimum for any order, but they have the cutest clothes, swimwear & accessories. Maybe we can do a group order if anyone is interested
Here’s an example of 2 of the cutest ever things!

Perfection in a swim suit…unfortunately I am distrusting of purchasing such “need to be perfect” things online.

Cutest, craziest tights ever!
* http://www.happycow.net – Because of this wonderful website, no matter where in the world you find yourself to be, you will always have access to the best vegetarian & vegan restaurants. I use this so often when I am travelling. It is truly an amazing resource.
* http://www.dropstitch.com.au – Online Perth fashion blog, the beginnings of proof that Perth isn’t fashionably/culturally devoid
* http://www.galadarling.com – I know this one is pretty obvious, but I enjoy reading this blog & it is usually updated daily!
Feel free to share any web lurv with me:)xx
Makeup sponge vs. Fingers? I need advice!
July 10, 2008

With liquid makeup I have always used my fingers, it seems to do the job for me, but I am far from an expert make-up applier. I rarely wear it & if I do it’s usually concealer/mascara/out the door.
Some ladies however, look amazingly immaculate without looking overdone. I am jealous of these women!
I am putting it out there to any readers to inform me as to whether they use makeup sponges, or just their fingers… or another method that I may be neglecting?
I want to improve my skills in this somewhat foreign area to me & I feel I at LEAST need to be applying my makeup in the optimal fashion.
Please reply with your foundation application method & any secrets you may have! I will be grateful forever!
Love, an inexperienced lass who needs your help! xx
